SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We attempt to ship all in-stock items within 2-3 business days. During peak business times, orders may take up to 5 business days to process. Most items ship from our warehouse in Equality, AL. Large or bulk orders may drop-ship from the manufacturer or regional warehouses to save on freight charges. Most US orders are shipped by UPS, USPS or USPS Priority Mail. Liquids exceeding ½ Gal. and many pesticides may only be shipped ground via UPS or FedEx. Bulk and palleted items ship LTL via R&L Carriers. Residential delivery and lift gate charges may be applied.


You should receive your order within 3 to 7 business days from the date your order is shipped.

Unless otherwise noted, we ship all orders via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Please be aware, that liquids including many pesticides will automatically ship UPS or FedEx ground regardless of the shipping option selected and shipping will be charged accordingly.

Please note that transit time is calculated in business days and does not include weekends or holidays.

RISK OF LOSS


All items purchased from SprayIt.net/SprayIt.store are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We sell only Factory packaged or Factory authorized packaging & sealed products. To qualify for a refund you will need to fill out the form below and email it to us or call 334-453-4547, within 45 days of purchase.  After receiving approval for a Return, all items must be returned unopened, and in their original condition at the time of sale, including the original packaging and all tags, labels, containers, and documentation, intact.  No extra markings or dye can be on the returned containers/packaging.  We will not issue a refund if the packaging is opened or not in its original condition.  All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer.  

 

Once we have shipped an order, there will be no credit for shipping fees paid by the customer. There is a 10% restocking charge for returned products.

Open bottles and pesticide containers cannot legally be shipped or returned.  For defective products, please contact us for instructions.

For your protection, we recommend that all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier (such as UPS or FedEx) and that the shipment be insured in case the package is lost. Once we receive and process your return, we will give you a refund less a 10% restocking charge for returned products. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed. 

 

We guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please call us & we will try to take care of the problem.
